By downloading, installing, or using Qrackit you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Qrackit. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@qrackit.app.

Qrackit uses artificial intelligence to generate learning content, quiz questions, and personalised recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors.
Do not rely on Qrackit as your sole source of information for critical decisions (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
All content, features, and functionality of Qrackit — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.
Quiz questions and learning content generated by the AI are owned by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
If you create quizzes or content within the app, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the app. You retain ownership.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.
XP, streaks, rank points, and other in-app progress metrics have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the app. We reserve the right to reset, adjust, or remove virtual items at any time, including for suspected abuse.
Qrackit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will meet your expectations. Educational content is for general learning purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Qrackit, including loss of data or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where our intellectual property rights are threatened.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
